WELCOME! Lovely romantic mansion from 1899, centrally located in Millstatt, only 150 m from the lakeside.
10 rooms (most of them large - also with 3rd bed) with satelite-tv and 1 apartment (for 2-5 persons) with 2 sep. bedrooms, bath, kitchen and living room.
Buffet breakfast in the breakfast room or on the terrace with view on the lake and the mountains.
Millstätter See Inclusive Card included in the rates (offers a.o. free use of the public beaches and the indoor pool of Millstatt).
The villa is surrounded by a large garden with children's playground, deck chairs and small pool (only in July and August in use).
Walking routes can be started from the house. Also the cycle route around the lake is just below the house.
We offer a friendly and familiary atmosphere and sometimes house concerts (with Bösendorfer piano) are taking place.
Table tennis, rowing boat, tennis teacher in the house.

Arrival by car: motorway A10 coming from Salzburg direction Villach (Tauern-Autobahn). Exit Spittal/Millstätter See to the left (!). At the light you turn left direction to Radenthein. You drive through the village of Seeboden. Then 2 km along the lake and then you arrive in Millstatt.

Nearest train station: Spittal/Millstätter See.
From the station you can take a taxi or a bus (15-20 minutes). The busstop is only 5 minutes to walk from our villa.
Nearest airport: Klagenfurt (1 hour drive by car).
