Two luxury apartments of 45 and 65 m2 near the Ossiach lake, with own beach.

The apartments have a bathroom with tub and a shower/WC or shower/WC respectively. There is a well equipped living room cum kitchen with dining area, bed room and another bedroom or a living room cum kitchen with double camp beds, bedroom, bathroom with tub, shower and WC.

All apartments offer a free and unspoilt view onto the mountains and the lake. Balconies are partially furnished. Bedsheets, towels and bathroom towels are supplied weekly and are included in the price. Baby bed and baby chair are available on request.

Delivery of bakery items possible. Each apartment has a reserved car park east of the house.

We are situated quietly at a forest location, between Bodensdorf (1000 m) and Steindorf (1000m).

The private beach is 500 m away, shaded car parking available.

Avoid the tunnels of the Tauern motorway on heavy traffic weekends!

Exit the motorway at Eben. Continue towards Radstatt and via the Radstatt Tauern pass. You may then return to the Tauern motorway via the Klatschberg or - better still - take the route via the Turracher Höhe to Feldkirchen or Ossiachersee.

Turn right after the signpost Bodensdorf (signpost Haus Winkler), follow the road, turn once right and once left to reach our comfortable holiday house.

Enjoy the beauty of the Salzburg and Carinthia landscape instead of suffering from traffic congestions - you also save the fee for the motorway

From Salzburg or Germany: take the A10 motorway, exit at Feldkirchen/Ossiachersee at the Villach motorway junction.
