The apartment was new renovated at the end of 2006 and modern - with everything you will need for your private or business stay in vienna furnished.

The large leavingroom with 2 sofas (possible to pull out for ever 2 further guests) as well as a dinning table for 6 persons, TV with cable connection, stereo set, DVD player, books, parlor games as well as games for the children, Bedroom with double bed, table, clock radio as well as clothes tree chair
Kitchen with everything which is necessary for cooking -

The apartment is situatet in center of Vienna. The next subway station (Nestroyplatz) as well as the "Praterstrasse" with shopping areas, supermarkets and restaurants are in 2 minutes waking distance. The "Stephansplatz" in the heart of Vienna with the "Stephansdom" from witch important roads leads for example the "Kärntnerstraße", the "Graben" and the "Rotenturmstraße" are in approx. 12 minutes waking distance. The "Ringstraße" with the historical objects of interest like for example "Hofburg", "Oper", "Burgtheater", "Börse", "Albertina", "Rathaus", ... with many museums and gardens - "Burggarten", "Stadtpark", "Volksgarten" is reached in a 3 minutes walk. The "Prater" with its well-known "Riesenrad" as well as the "Hundertwasser-Haus" are attainable after a going time of approx. 7 minutes.
