The apartment is located in a pleasant residential district (Brigittenau) near Danube Canal (Donaukanal). The district offers the articles of daily necessities and infrastructure in many ways. In a few minutes you can reach the stations of the subway lines U4 (City of Vienna with the most attractions and Schönbrunn with castle and zoo) and the line U6 (Milleniumstower with shopping-center und the largest cinema of Austria, Donauinsel, Westbahnhof, Mariahilferstraße), and the tram lines 5 (Prater, Stadium) and 31(Ringstraße).

Along the Danube Canal you can walk in 15-20 minutes to the City of Vienna or the adjacent 9th district (Museum Lichtenstein, Sigmund Freud Museum). A free bike rental (city bike) and an inexpensive garage is also located directly next to the apartment. Free parking is in front of the house available (only on weekdays during the day it is a short-term parking zone).

In 2 minutes, there is a large market for vegetables, meat and fish, several supermarkets, two pharmacies, several doctors, a laundry, bars and many other shops. Also nearby is located the recreation area "Donaukanal" (jogging, bicycling, walking with the dog) and the beautiful Baroque Park Augarten (Mozart and Beethoven have played there, now you will find there the Boys Choir "Sängerknaben" and many trendy events).

Description of the apartment:
The apartment is 65 sq.m., completely renovated and redecorated, with 2 living/sleeping rooms, kitchen with dining table, a hall with wardrobe and plenty of storage and many sockets to recharge batteries, a bathroom with a combined bath-tub/shower and a seperate toilet. From the apartment (3 rooms) you have a view on a green courtyard and one room is on a quiet side street.

Living room:
The living room is bright und modern furnished, with a large 90 cm flat screen TV (with 100 international programs and latest technology of playback, DVD-player and the possibilty to order movies). Moreover there is a cozy sofa and a large cupboard (with doors of black glass in Japanese style), a safe and up to 3 sofa-beds.

Bedroom:
Nice bedroom with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, drawer, 2 bedsides, 2 mirrors, an writing/dressingtable and if necessary an extra bed.

Kitchen:
Completly new kitchen with a dining-table (with 6 seats) and with all kitchen-appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/iron, electric oven with 4 ceramic fields, fridge with freezer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, new cookware and all many other things you need in the kitchen.

Bathroom:
There is a combination of bath tube/shower, towels in six different colors, hairdryer and a ventilation with timer (also in the toilet).
