Our guest flat is approximately 100 sqm, suitable for 5 to 6 persons. It consists of anteroom, toilet, kitchen with refrigerator, ceramic plated-oven and dish-washer, bathroom with shower, one large bedroom with double-bed, cable-TV, and a smaller one with two separately beds. In the living-room is a dining place, cable-TV and a sofa-bed for 1 to 2 more persons. Free of charge we provide baby-cot, a children chair and changing station. You are staying in a conveniently located residential apartment house. With the tram number 43 you can reach the center directly within 20 minutes or in the other direction you can see our vine-yards and the beginning of the Vienna Woods. Here you will find the typical Vienna inns, called HEURIGE, where you can taste our vines. In the front of my house is the tram station and a shopping-center. You can reach within a one minute walk the District Museum, an indoor swimming-pool and a very old and famous theatre, called Metropol. At the cafeteria, located in my house, or at the bakerys nearby you may have breakfast. In the neighborhood you find many nice restaurants with moderate prices and bars.
