Our guest-flat is in the typical Vienna Style (Historism & New Age Style) with modern comfort. The apartment is approximately 80 sqm, suitable for 4 persons, consisting of a wooden anteroom, a toilet, a kitchen with electro-oven, refrigerator, a bathroom with bathing-tub and washing-machine. In the master-bedroom is a double-bed and a white tiled stove with cable-TV. In the spacious living-dining room with a beautiful wooden ceiling is a dining place and a sofa-bed for two persons. The apartment is full furnished, you will find bed-linen, towels and things for the daily use. You are staying in a conveniently located residential apartment house. With the tram number 43 you can reach the center directly within 20 minutes or in the other direction you can see our vine-yards and the beginning of the Vienna Woods. Here you will find the typical Vienna inns, called HEURIGE, where you can taste our vines. In the front of my house is the tram station and a shopping-center. You can reach within a one minute walk the District Museum, an indoor swimming-pool, a theatre, bars and nice restaurants with moderate prices.
