The property has two compact double bedrooms and one twin bedroom which also has a mezzanine floor providing an additional double mattress. Therefore the accommodation sleeps up to 8 people.

The property provides a base for visiting historic towns, cultural and tourist attractions including Apriltsi, Troyan and Troyan Monastery, the craft exhibition centre at Oreshaka and natural history museum at Cherni Osam, the towns of Lovech, Gabrovo and Bulgaria's medieval capital Veliko Tarnovo.

An added attraction is the range of outdoor pursuits and sports available around Apriltsi. The area is particularly favoured by hikers and mountain bikers (mountain bike hire is available from Apriltsi tourist office, likewise detailed information about routes and hiking trails).
