The building is only 2 subway stations from the famous Kurfuerstendamm in Berlin's City West. Many sights can be reached on foot, e.g. Kurfuerstendamm, KaDeWe (very famous, large Dpt.Store), Zoologischer Garten and Aquarium, Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, Tiergarten, Kulturforum, Varieté Wintergarten and of course the New Potsdamer Platz.

Apartment details:
One-room apartment (35 sq. metres) with an extensive living and sleeping area, a small kitchen and a recently tiled bathroom with shower. The wonderful balcony gives a great view over an open building stucture. The apartment is suitable for 1 to 3 persons.

1 comfortable double bed 180x200, 1 extra bed 80x198, including fine hotel bed linen and towels. Dining area for 4 persons, cable TV. A chest of drawers and a wall cupboard in the corridor offer enough storage space for clothing and suitcases.

The well-equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker and toaster is suitable for preparing breakfast as well as cooked meals.

Exterior:
The apartment is on the 4th and 5th floor (elevator) of a well-maintained apartment building.
Shopping: A grocer's with bakery and a well-stocked supermarket are nearby. The cafes (you can sit outside in summer) at Prager Platz are well known for their good breakfasts.
