Our apartment is a high-quality equipped accomodation for 1 to 3 persons.

In only 20 minutes with public transport to Berlin-Mitte, to the Kurfürstendamm,
for shopping in the KaDeWe or to the Potsdamer Platz!

The apartment is greatly 42 qm. It consists of a living room with a big sleep couch on which two persons can sleep (Couch areas per person 90 x 200 cm), a little bedroom with a single bed (90 x 200 cm), a corridor, a bath with toilet, bathtub, shower curtain and washing machine as well as a kitchen fitted out completely.

Everything is established very comfortably and of highly quality.

Kitchen: refrigerator, 4-plate electric cooker with oven, microwave with grill, upper and sub-heat, coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, egg boiler, equipped with pots, pans, completely, dishes, glasses and cutlery.

Living room: Chippendale wall unit with cable TV, radio, big sleep couch for two persons (sleeping areas per person 90 x 200 cm).

Bath: toilet, bathtub, shower curtain, washing machine

Bedroom: 1 single bed (90 x 200 cm)


Our apartment is located in a little side street approximately 4 km away from the airport Berlin-Tegel.


You will live in a multi-family house in the 3. floor, which you reach comfortably with the elevator.

A parking lot is directly before the house.

In the periphery of max. 300 m you can buy your need of beverages, food, magazines and tobacco goods.

With your passenger car or with public means of transport you are in approx. 20 minutes in the centre of Berlin in Berlin-Mitte, at the Kurfürstendamm, for shopping in the KaDeWe or at the Potsdamer Platz
.
The bus stops lines 122, 125 and 128 you will reach in 3 to 5 minutes.


Some of the great tourist attractions of our city are without doubt the innumerable opportunities to attend cultural events operas, musicals, concerts, theatres, and cinemas. No other German city can match Berlin in this regard. Then there are the many pubs and fashionable bars. Berlin is a city that never sleeps!
