The apartment is situated in Schöneberg, a central area close to Kudamm, Berlin's famous shopping and lounging mile. You live between city-west and city-east in optimal situation of an interesting scene between Kudamm and Potsdamer Platz and close to Tiergarten, Berlin's largest city park, reputed to be one of the most beautiful parks in Europe.

Numerous shopping opportunities close to the lively cultural-, scenic- and night life directly before the door. A large and beautiful market (Winterfeldmarkt) very near by, reputed as one of the most interesting markets in Berlin.

You meet the typical mixture of antiques, countless cafe's and a multitude of restaurants, art shops, galeries, antiquities and small businesses. Many small and medium shops close by entice to diversified shopping sprees.

Directions

In Berlin you find a very dense public transportation net. Many sights are directy and rapidly accessible. Because of the central location most guests leave their cars parked or do not even bring it along at all. The apartment lies directly at U-train station Nollendorfplatz in the western city near Kudamm and Zoological garden, the Zoo with the world's highest number of species. Several underground lines, (night -) buses and a taxi stand are right in front of the door.

The next motorway departure is appropriate for a few car minutes far away in the south of the apartment and is called "Innsbrucker Platz"

From the airport Tegel you take the bus X9 up to the station "Ernst-Reuter-Platz" and rise there into the U2 (direction "Pankow") and drive up to the station "Nollendorfplatz" (27 min.). From the airport Schönefeld you take the S9 (or an other S-line) to the station "Warschauer-Str." and change into the Underground U1 (direction "Uhlandstr") and leave at the station "Nollendorfplatz" (50 min.).

From Hauptbahnhof (central station) take the S-Bahn up to the station "Zoologischer Garten" and rise into the U2 direction "Pankow" and drive up to the station "Nollendorfplatz" (17 min.).
