For the most precious time of the year we offer our holiday apartment (it is actually a holiday house, because it is built as a semi-detached house) located at the Lake Constance in Kressbronn, the award winning, family-friendly resort town. The house offers much space for 4 holidays guests on 70m. A third bedroom is available against surcharge. Thus, 6 guests on 86m can comfortably be accommodated. The house is sited in central, yet calm location, at the outskirts of town. Lake Constance is only a 3 minute walk away. On the lakefront, youll find a swimming beach with children's playground, a jetty as well as a restaurant with lakefront-terrace. In walking distance are bakery/butcher (5min.), railway station (10min.). The house is fully equipped with cable TV, stereo radio CD CC, telephone (for incoming calls only) and offers 2 bedrooms with beamed ceiling (3rd bedroom if accommodation for 6 persons is required), living/dining-room, fully equipped fitted kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, electric grill etc., shower/W.C. and separate W.C. -Automatic ventilation system throughout the house with temperature equalization - pleasantly cool in the summer, no carpets suitable for persons suffering from allergies, terrace and balcony with garden furniture, partial sea-/mountain view, children-friendly (high chair and child travel-bed available), washing machine/dryers on inquiry, parking lot at the house, bicycle garage, bed linen provided (please bring along towels). Of course you are fetched from the station if you are travelling by rail.
