We welcome you in the Margarethenhof, a historic, former farm.
The 210 year old, half-timbered construction was affectionately renovated with ecological building materials. It is situated below the Eifel, well connected to the Cologne-Bonn-Aachen region.
Our holiday farm is regularly evaluated by the 'Prüfungskommission der Deutschen Landwirtschaftsgesellschaft' and was awarded the RAL-Certificate with 4 stars.
The Margarithenhof offers you: a tree shaded lawn, parking places, fenced garden pond, table tennis, garden furniture, a sauna room with shower, barbecue hut, washing machine, games corner, 12 bicycles, daily fresh bread rolls.
Combine the advantages of a relaxing and interesting vacation in a historic country house with the perfect location for sight seeing in the close vicinity. 'Phantasialand' and mediaeval townships like Monschau or Bad Münster-eifel, the Eifel national park or Cologne, Bonn and Aachen can be reached in only 40 minutes from the holiday farm.

Take the exit 111 from the A1 motorway at Wisskirchen. There, you must turn right, onto the B266 towards Kommern. After 4 km, take the exit to Firmenich. In town turn right towards Satzvey, continue for 200 m until you reach the cross roads (small chapel), there you must turn right into the "Virnicher Straße".
Coming from Belgium and the Netherlands: Take the A4 motorway towards Cologne and exit it at Düren. Then you must continue on the B56 towards Zülpich. At Zülpich you must take the B477 towards Mechernich until you reach Schwerfen.
