The apartment (35 m2) is situated on the groundfloor of a private house and has a separate entrance. The house is an ancient building with 3,20 high ceilings.
In 2004 the apartment has been totally renovated and completely newly furnished. The apartment consists of a living-/bedroom, kitchen, bathroom (with shower and WC) and hall.
The living-/bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, which can be combined as a double-bed. For a third person there is the possibility to sleep on a high class and very comfortable bed-armchair. Additional equipment in the living-room: dining-table with 4 chairs, wardrobe, two small tables, television set (55cm; more than 30 programs),
cd-player and radio.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with: plates and dishes, cutlery, cookware, cooking-stove (two plates), microwave (including hot air and grill), refrigerator (with icebox), sink, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster etc.
The bathroom has a roomy shower (90cmx90cm), large wash-basin. Hairdrier and towles are at hand.
Even on hot summerdays there is a very agreeable climate in the apartment. For the wintertime there is a modern central heating.
