5 double-bed, 1 single bed, 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom with bidet and shower, external shower, self-catering.
It treats of a villa built by one ancestor of mine around 1850. The pines of the avenue have been planted at the end of the construction of the building.
The land has an extension of around 3 hectares with an attached wood of my ownership of around mean hectare.
Among the varied ones cried by fruit and not, secular eucalyptuses, trees of fig trees, almonds, apricots, apples quinces, pears wild, pomegranates.
Among the other services, private wood and firewood oven.
The structure was built in stone and chianche. They allow the villa to also maintain a pleasant temperature during the torrid summer months. |

How arriving to Ostuni
FLIGHT: 35 Km from Brindisi Airport, and 84 Km from Bari airport.
TRAIN: The most important train stops at Ostuni rail station (4 Km from the city centre) connected with a bus shuttle.
CAR: From A1 or A4 (E 55) Higway take exit "Bari Nord" and go on to Highway 16 Bari/Brindisi for 84 Km. don't take the first exit Ostuni/Cisternino but continue to exit Ostuni/Pilone/Rosa Marina.
Therefore go on to Ostuni (9 Km). After the cemetery turn on the right untill the town. when arrived to the town turn on the left to Mazzini street and go right along till the end to the "Piazza della Libertà" (Piazza del Comune). | | Price (detailed) Per house and per week:
