There is a bedroom with one double bed and one single bed and a living room with a convertible sofa for 2 persons. Bed sheets are supplied. The kitchen is equipped for 6 persons. It is furnished with an electric+gas cooker, an oven, a fridge, a coffee maker and a grill. A washing machine is available. There is a 300 m2 large garden, securely fenced for dogs. Fenced parking for 4 cars.
Apartment on the upper floor:
There is one bedroom with two double beds a further bedroom with one double bed. The living room contains a convertible sofa for 2 persons. Bed sheets are supplied. The kitchen is equipped for 8 persons. It is furnished with an electric+gas cooker, an oven, a fridge, a coffee maker and a grill. A washing machine is available. There is a large balcony and a 280 m2 large garden, securely fenced for dogs. Fenced parking for 4 cars.
On Thursdays a big market takes place in Luino. Activities include: tennis, walking/hiking, swimming in the Lago Maggiore lake or in the swimming pool in Sessa. We are specially outfitted for holidays with dogs.

Take the Basel motorway towards Chiasso / Italy.
In the Tessin you must take the Ponte Tresa exit. In Ponte Tresa you follow the Tresa river and continue on the Swiss side for about 3 km. You will find a signpost to Sessa on the right hand side of the road. Bypass Sessa in direction "Confine" (Border), take the "Palone" border crossing and continue towards AGRA for about 10 minutes.
