Quinta do Burgo

Quinta do Burgo is located in Amares, in the North of Portugal and its situated in the centre of other interesting villages: Braga (12 km), Vila Verde (10 km), Póvoa de Lanhoso (12 km) and Terras de Bouro (20 km) and the National Park Gerês (30 km).

The tenants house, which is part of the farm, has an outstanding façade noticeable for its wooden columns, its stone image of St. Tiago. and an elegant staircase giving access to a shaded balcony. You will also enjoy looking at our old water-mill and our restored granary from the nineteenth century (1863).

We have 4 rooms with private bathroom, 2 rooms with a common bathroom and 4 apartments (T1/1 room). A generous breakfast is included. The rooms are cleaned daily. On the premises, you will find many facilities: swimming-pool for adults and children, tennis court, gym, massage, turkish bath, tv/video room.
